Service Description

This series of sessions is designed to fast-track you to specific results using KIH methods and techniques, Reiki as necessary, as well as a Mindfulness Coaching program that will propel you rapidly to your goals. Break up 5 hours of private session time into (5) 1-hour sessions, (10) 30-minute sessions, (15) 20-minute power sessions or customize to your time needs, and use within the month of your choice. These intensive periods of growth will be dependent upon your desired results and your willingness to do the work necessary to close the space between your current position and your target position.
